Grown at very high altitudes, at times
in excess of 2000m, coffees of the
Sidama region grow slower and are
therefore denser, developing more
robust flavours from the local climate
and soil conditions. It is best known for
its fruity character, light berry notes,
medium body and balanced sweetness.
