- Local peach and Scotch bonnet jelly (mildest)
- Local blueberry jelly made with our Tunusuan Baklouti and Giant Ristra peppers
- Apples from our orchard, with Baklouti and Serrano peppers
- Choke-Cherry bomb, made with Choke cherries from our Aunt's trees, and red Serrano peppers from our garden (Available as a jam or a jelly)
- Local blueberry and Chocolate Habanero pepper
- Ghost pepper jelly (hottest)
